A New Independence?

Our Federal Government as King George...

Much of the media has been discussing Marjorie Taylor Green’s idea about a national divorce. I would like to point out, sometimes we initiate a conversation about divorce to remind ourselves why we came together, and why it would be good for us to stay together.

What follows is the Declaration of Independence, with a few comments from me, updating concerns for 2023. I think the reasons for Independence, “to dissolve the political bands which have connected [us]”, with the Federal Government, are at least as great as the reasons for the original colonies to break away from Great Britain and King George. Of course if a liberal Democrat writer were to compose such addendum's to the Declaration, it would look quite different, probably going on and on about America being racist and white supremacist from the beginning, we have to keep the Federal Government and expand it to keep us safe, and do away with the racist white supremacist Constitution.

There is no consensus for a new independence, and maybe that is best. As Thomas Jefferson wrote, “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes,” America is the most free nation state ever devised, throwing out the Constitution and replacing it with whatever these shallow and Marxissistic times think appropriate, would be worse than disastrous. Our Constitution is the greatest legal document ever written, for elucidating our common freedoms and rights. The problem is not the Constitution, it is Americans collapsing into authoritarianism and flouting the Constitution.

If nothing else, the Declaration of Independence should be required reading for anyone who calls themselves an American. Especially now, when it looks like this Federal Government is an entity far removed from any control, it has become pathological, it is hollow and much weaker than it looks and more than a few are anticipating collapse of the American global empire.

In These united States, July 4, 1776

The unanimous Declaration of the united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good: (Medical Freedom from authoritarian vaccine mandates and digital medical ID’s; a defended and protected border; protecting children from sexual and gender predators; cleaning up the soil and water, protecting pollinators; outlawing the Federal Government working with High Tech and Media to silence criticism of the official narrative; etc.)

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them: (Border policy, or rather a de-facto, extra-judicial open border policy of gross neglect. Pollinators have been in serious decline for 20 years, but this Federal Government has only made that worse. Fentanyl is flooding America from the southern border and the Federal Government effectively sits on it’s hands.)

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only: (Emergency Powers quietly institutionalized, essentially over-riding Constitutional protections for any number of reasons and then once enacted never rescinded.)

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures: (Davos, Brussels, Beijing, NATO, UN. The globalista of this Federal Government have sold the soul of America.)

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people: (Preventing an increase in the number of Representatives to weaken the power of Representation creating an ever greater distance between representatives and the people. Limiting the kinds of representatives by party dictate and elite party donors, effectively nullifying the will of the people.)

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within: (Most of Congress is now beholden to monied interests while prevented by Intelligence blackmail from questioning the Federal Government. A Congress neutered by the power of monied interests foreign and domestic, and by the power of the Executive, by the power of the bureaucracy ,by the refusal to retire in timely fashion, is like a Congress dissolute and prey to epic hubris.)

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands: (Flooding America with illegal immigrants, while making legal immigration near impossible, while encouraging and enforcing native de-population, while manufacturing economic bubbles that are a vast transfer of wealth from the majority of Americans to a globalist elite.)

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers: (Flooding the streets with petty and violent criminals and allowing open air drug markets, while creating a dual judicial system, one for elite/petty violent criminals where there is no accountability, a debilitating and bankrupting system for working, law abiding Americans.)

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries: (Secret courts such as FISA, law schools openly teaching anti-constitutional, anti-Bill of Rights principles, corporate bias invariably placing consolidated power over the rights of American citizens.)

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance: (FDA, CDC, NIH, EPA, HUD, USDA, DoE, FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS, HHS, DoJ, DHS, DoD et al)

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures: (These States have no control over the Dept of Defense, our Representatives are almost entirely captive, the people hardly less surveilled and manipulated than the Chinese people.)

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power: (Covid Policy was a Dept of Defense operation, with HHS the vehicle of effective martial law. The military with their contract pharmaceutical companies unleashed a bioweapon upon the world called Covid-19, and then a bioweapon called “vaccination”. The military is now Woke, and openly pressing for WWIII against Russia and China, via proxy war in Ukraine, while treating American patriots as terrorists.)

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving it’s Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: (WHO, WEF, Brussels, Beijing, NATO, UN. The Globalista of this Federal Government have ceded power over Americans to the WHO and the WEF for a global bio-authoritarian Great Reset.)

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us: (woke DEI programming in the military conditioning our troops to see America and Americans as the enemy, while militarizing local police and then demonizing them and calling for and instituting their defunding, putting law abiding citizens at risk.)

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States: (faux-amnesty for covid policy; covid policy – masks, lockdowns, jab and treatment mandates – were more deadly than Covid. This Federal Government has seriously harmed children with jabs, masks, lockdown lost learning and psychologically with gender and race ideology. A refusal to account for censorship of criticism about covid policy, election fraud, trans issues, woke issues and war.)

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world: (Unnecessary and unscientific covid lockdowns destroying supply lines that have not recovered.)

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: (Printing ten trillion dollars during unscientific Covid lockdowns increased the Federal debt 30% in 2 years, a debt that is increasingly onerous, imposing radical inflationary trends while raising interest rates precipitously, which is the greatest transfer of wealth up the social pyramid in the history of the world, and likely a precursor to the destruction of the dollar and the institution of a programmable, authoritarian central bank digital currency.)

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: (Cancel Culture as a way of extra judicially and unconstitutionally destroying domestic political and economic competitors and enemies, elevating mediocre, immoral, weak, petty authoritarian Americans, effectively institutionalized in every institution at every level, government, medical, corporate, bank and education.)

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences: (The treatment of many of the Jan 06 defendants can be described as extra-judicial, unconstitutional, immoral and tyrannical.)

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies: (The neoliberal/neocon set assured us favored nation trading status for China would lead to the liberalization of markets in China and the eventual destruction of the Chinese Communist Party. Now this government emulates CCP covid policy, censorship and surveillance, while provoking Russia pushing Russia into the embrace of China, threatening WWIII. Meanwhile Canada has turned Marxist authoritarian, while Mexico has devolved into a narco-state, both facilitated by this Federal Government.)

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: (The Federal Government has seriously, unconstitutionally compromised most of the Bill of Rights, while acting effectively supra-constitutionally in budget spending and eternal war non-declaration, while institutionalizing an unholy alliance with high tech monopolies to censor American’s free speech criticism of official covid, elections, war, trans and woke narratives.)

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. (Congress has at once abdicated most of it’s authority to the executive and the unelected bureaucracy, while also hobbling the power of the States to challenge the dictates of Congress, Bureaucrats and Federal agencies.)

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us. (The Federal Government has declared patriots to be terrorists, declared a love of country to be deplorable and white supremacist, waging a war for a long time against it’s poor brown people, now also war against poor and working class white people.)

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. (The Federal Government forced America to hollow out it’s productive capacity, and then flooded the zone with crack and then meth and then opioids and then fentanyl. Cities have burned, are being over-run by criminals, murderous cartels effectively control the southern border, all of it effectively facilitated by this Federal Government.)

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation. (Something like 5 million people have entered this country the last two years extra-legally, most of whom we know nothing about and who are effectively allowed to embed in America, with little to no oversight or accountability by this Federal Government. The influence of the Mexican cartels is increasingly felt in America. There is a great deal of suspicious destruction of critical infrastructure throughout America the last several years; while the streets are flooded with fentanyl.)

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. (This Federal Government has exacerbated divisions in these States left and right, poor and rich, male and female, white and brown, causing unnecessary and unnatural fiction risking a second civil war, while effectively impoverishing all sides gradually, making America less safe and less free.)

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. (This Federal Government has supported antifa/social justice warriors burning/looting American cities and businesses, while declaring it’s citizens primarily of the working and middle class particularly white but not exclusively, the new Savage “racist, bigot, xenophobe, misogynist and white supremacist” capable of “undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.”)

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
