I do feel feel there has been some serious meddling with the weather done by certain government agencies. Meddling that has intensified a natural occurring, annual weather event, like hurricanes? Why in CA have we had these very strange ‘wildfires’ that houses burn up but the surrounding landscape doesn’t burn? Also cars burn up but not the landscape, the houses or structures?
Energy beam directed wildfires. And frequently they happened in the same areas of CA repeatedly year after year!
Well, if they are going to do it anywhere....JK, I am not in favor of governments of any kind anywhere tampering with weather, as they are so very bad at managing things generally.
I do think the Chinese are rather open about their attempts to alter weather, as I would expect from a Communist regime. As for it's efficacy on any grand scale, I am dubious. As for directed energy beams, that is well out of my wheelhouse and I don't even have enough info to speculate, though I will say without being informed I am dubious about it as a thing. I think it sounds like one of those things our military would like people to think they possessed.
Well…how do you explain these ‘so called wildfires’ in CA, specifically NoCA and a recent one this spring in Orange County in SoCA? They were was a targeted burn. You are young, but I am not…I have lived enough years to see observe and witness quite a number of ‘false flag’ events that have occurred, and the narrative that has been spun around these events, a narrative that makes absolutely no sense at all, how they occurred, etc etc! So your thinking that the government (or other sinister agencies) are “bad at managing things generally” or are inept int the carrying out these type of acts, or events, might need some additional reflections or thinking about. They are and have been doing so for a VERY long time.
Well, if what these links show is true and these weapons are being wielded against us by our own government, then I suppose there is only revolution, or we submit.
Are you still of the mindset that ‘The Government’ wouldn’t wield harmful weapons against it’s own citizenry? What do you think you have witnessed in the past 30 months here in the U.S. and Globally? The pushing of a message of Fear, and then a ‘mandated’ (for a huge amount of people) EUA ‘injection’ to guaranty that the dreaded ‘Covid’ won’t get you or kill you? (And has turned out to provide almost ZERO protection against getting sick.) Hopefully you saw where that went and how many people have been ‘injured/ and or died as a result of getting that EUA injection!
So to be skeptical in regards to the Government’s (and it’s attendant agencies) ‘capability’ of not being able to pull off any event(s) that might harm the people of the US and The World…is rather naive.
Oh and BTW we have been ‘submitting’ to their tactics for YEARS!

Imagine one could control weather patterns? Those incontrol of such tech, could buy up cheap real estate left by disillusioned city property owners. Could increased crime and indigents make selling property in developed cities like san Fran. NYC increase? Image farmland on the cheap because of collapsed market infrastructures (trains).sounds like a conspiracy, but I guess eminent domain would work.
I hear controlling weather is 40yr old tech. I know a few here on substack seem to think that is in effect. I know others who think we should use it to green up the deserts. I suspect messing with the climate in any way is hubris, mostly, and won't end as one expects.
It is going to be a difficult winter for Europe. It is indeed a test of the idea that a radical shift to renewables is possible without fossil fuels. It is the classic failure of the revolutionary left. They think the rabble freezing and starving is worth their revolution, and then the freezing and starving rabble eventually help overthrow the revolution. Here here to the downfall of the woke left and the WEF/Brussels crowd.
